Our Products
Jack Brand Ltd supplies fresh Halal oven-ready whole birds, graded in all sizes from 900 grams to 3,200 grams. Whole birds can be trussed if required. We can also supply portions including double-breast (wing-on or wing-off), double legs, wings and breast fillet. All products are also available frozen.

Portions
Double-breasts- Available Wing-on or Wing-off, calibrated, and can be cut from any size bird required.
Double-legs- Available calibrated and can be cut from any size bird required.
Wings- Available un-calibrated, packed in boxes of 15 kilograms.
Fillet- Available un-calibrated, packed in boxes of 12 kilograms. Fillet is also available block frozen.
